Amoila Jamil Cesar is one of the world’s top Celebrity Strength Conditioning Coaches and BeachBody Super Trainers. He has led millions worldwide on their fitness journey, pushing people beyond what they thought possible and changing lives. From Professional Athletes, A-list celebrities and CEO’s to mothers, entrepreneurs and more, Amoila has been the driving force, inspiring people to reach new limits and become the best versions of themselves.

The Journey

Born in 1988, Amoila grew up in West Palm Beach, raised by a single mother with 7 siblings. Things were rough at times, and as the middle child, Amoila quickly learned to hold his own. Amoila’s mother introduced him to music at a young age. He attended the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and by eight years old was playing the violin and viola.

Amoila discovered his passion for fitness at 13, when he fell in love with basketball. During this time he met his best friend Josh and their mutual love for the game would dominate and shape their lives for years to come.

As the friendship grew, Amoila moved in with Josh’s family and with their support
Amoila adopted a strict training regime. Using the garage as a gym, he discovered Beach Body (P90X and Insanity). These workouts not only introduced him to a new type of training, but would foreshadow the trajectory of his life.

A Young Revolutionary …

Continuing into high school, Amoila petitioned to start a basketball team. His goal of playing basketball came to fruition during his senior year as the team embarked on their inaugural season. Amoila quickly established himself as one of the team’s most talented players and proof that he could achieve anything he set his mind to.

Amoila’s interest in fitness continued into college, where he earned his first NASM CPT training certification in 2013. He graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: A combination of two different majors: Exercise Science and Radio Television with a Minor in Psychology.

In early 2014, Amoila decided to pursue his next dream and move to Los Angeles, CA. Amoila’s first job in the fitness world was at LA Fitness as a Personal Training Developer teaching sales, coaching and human interaction. Soon after, Amoila launched his own business and quickly established himself as one of the top Celebrity/Athlete Strength and Conditioning Coaches in LA.

In 2019, Amoila joined Beach Body, becoming the eighth Beach Body Super Trainer. Amoila skyrocketed to the top of the fitness world with his program Beachbody’s THE WORK. This six week extremely intense training program focuses on six training elements: strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, agility, and mobility. The program sold over 24 million in 18 months.

Amoila's next number 1 hit is his 645 Program. This 12 week program offers 45 minute workouts 6 days a week.

Training Methods

Amoila is multifaceted, adapting his methods to each individual in which he is training. From mothers to Professional Athletes and everyone in between, all programs are custom-created based on the client’s level of fitness, goals, health history and imbalances.

Programs begin with an in-depth assessment in which Amoila identifies imbalances, weaknesses and needs. He then constructs intricate programs including corrective warmups to address posture, transitional movements, dynamic mobility, core and balance.

Professional Athletes

Athlete programs are macrocycle-performance based and built around client’s goals and needs. These in-depth individualized programs include phases incorporating stabilization, endurance, dynamic movement, building power, verticality, speed and more.
