What makes this program different?
I have never put out anything like this before.  I created this for my private clients as way to help get them in their best shape for a special event WITHOUT needing to do extreme dieting or starvation. Without having to exercise for 2-3 hours a day. And for the first time ever, I am sharing it with you. 
Will I be strong enough for the workouts? Are they suitable for complete beginners?
YES! The workouts are suitable for everyone - no matter your current skill level. You might not be fit when you start - but you will be when you finish!
Do I need any special equipment? 
Nope! The workouts were designed to use very MINIMAL equipment or if you don't have dumbbells, you can use whatever you have around the house as an easy substitute!  A lot of the movements only use your bodyweight, so you can do them anywhere without any special equipment! 
Is this for men only? 
Absolutely NOT! This is appropriate for anyone who wants to change for the better. No matter your age, gender or where you are in the world, you can do this 5 Day Shred & Detox plan.
